        Explanation
            RTA detects that the z/OS® system logger is
                unavailable for an unspecified reason.

        

        System action
            The RTA CQS log processor attempts to reconnect to the CQS log stream until the
                connection is successful or RTA stops. RTA continues to process IMS transactional data and response time metrics continue
                to display. Some data loss might occur if there are no CQS response time events and
                the CQS log stream is unavailable.

        

        User response
            This is a warning message. Analyze the system log to determine whether another system
                problem occurred.
