Explanation
The RTA component has detected that the user override parameter KI5_RTA_USESTCK is set to YES in member KOICFGxx in the RKANPAR DD, where xx is the MPREFIX specified in the OMEGAMON STC. 

System action
 The RTA component will compute response time metrics by using store clock values (STCK) within IMS log records in lieu of UTC times.
