        User response
            Review the following return and reason codes to determine the cause. If a solution cannot be determined, contact IBM Software Support and provide the return and reason codes from the message.
 Return Code 4  Reason Code x'04000010' – Invalid XCFPREFIX specified. Review the
                        KOIPARMS member in PROCLIB to determine the cause. XCFPREFIX must be 1 to 4
                        characters and must follow z/OS XCF
                        specifications.
 Reason Code x'04000020' – Invalid XCFSUFFIX specified. Review the
                        KOIPARMS member in PROCLIB to determine the cause. XCFSUFFIX must be 1 to 4
                        characters and must follow z/OS XCF
                        specifications.
 Reason Code x'04000030' – the XCF group name is used by another IMS. The XCF group name must be unique
                        amongst IMS systems. Specifying the
                        IMSID as the XCFSUFFIX (the default) is an excellent way to avoid this
                        error. To make the XCF group name unique, modify XCFPREFIX and modify
                        XCFSUFFIX in PROCLIB member KOIPARMS.
 

 Return Code 8  Reason Code x'08000010' – An unspecified error occurred in the OMEGAMON ITASK. Collect any
                        system dumps and contact IBM Software Support.
