Explanation
The IMS type-1 command that was issued to IMS has exceeded an internal threshold and is timed-out. 

System action
 OMEGAMON ICMD support will not process the specified command. 

User response
Determine if the OMEGAMON ICMD support is active in the IMS control region and reissue the command.
