Explanation
OMEGAMON IMS Type-1 ICMD support detected that OMEGAMON ICMD support has not initialized in the specified IMS control region. 

System action
 OMEGAMON ICMD support will not process the specified command. 

User response
Review the IMS Control region configuration steps necessary to enable OMEGAMON ICMD Type-1 support. Review the IMS Control region startup messages if configuration has already been performed. When the OMEGAMON ICMD Type-1 support is properly configured, KOII2000I message is written to the console.
