KOIG0316E GVR RTA INTERVALS ARE NOT PROPER MULITPLES

Explanation
The three RTA interval values are not multiples of each other. The second must be a multiple of the first and the third must be a multiple of the second.

 Verification of the global fails. A default global might be loaded.
