    Explanation
      An attempt is being made to restart the registration process after it had already been
        started. The current attempt to start the registration thread will fail. The most likely
        cause of this error is an attempt to restart the monitoring agent without first terminating
        the active agent.

    

    System action
      The current thread will terminate, however the registration process will continue using the
        previously started thread.
