    Explanation
      The IMSplex-level agent was attempting to establish communications with the Tivoli Enterprise Monitoring Server hub. Part of establishing communications
        involved discovery of the communications mechanism needed to make the connection. This
        discovery is done by asking that the Tivoli Enterprise Monitoring Server that this agent connects to provide the
        hub connection information. This error indicates that a failure was detected during the
        discovery. The first substitution field contains the actual operation that failed (Prepare,
        CreateRequest, OpenRequest, GetOutputSQLDA, or Fetch). The second field contains the error
        code returned indicating why the request failed.

    

    System action
      The process for connecting to the Tivoli Enterprise Monitoring Server hub will be terminated and the task of being the IMSplex level will fall to another agent
        running on a different LPAR.
