Explanation
The IMSplex-level agent was attempting to establish communications with the Tivoli Enterprise Monitoring Server hub. This attempt failed; most likely messages about the cause of the failure were generated prior to this one.
System action
The process for connecting to the Tivoli Enterprise Monitoring Server hub will be terminated and the task of being the IMSplex level will fall to another agent running on a different LPAR.
