      All errors reported are fatal and indicate either communications or storage errors. If
        communications, the error code will be 12 and you should verify that the TEMS HUB is running
        and that the HUB_NAME variable is properly set in the KI5ENV file. For the storage issues,
        try verifying that the specifications in the KDSSYSIN member in RKANPAR are accurate.
