KIPOIC04I IPDC WILL RETRY EVERY 10 SECONDS


    Explanation
      This is an informational message to indicate that the OI interface will be tested every 10
        seconds until the OI interface has started.

    

    System action
      The system waits for 10 seconds and once again checks for the OI interface being activated.
        The waiting and checking will continue until the OI interface is established. However, the
        message will only be generated once.

    

    User response
      Start up the OMEGAMON® classic interface to start
        monitoring the IMS system.
