    Explanation
      OMEGAMON® for IMS Classic encountered an
        error using the ISGENQ API. To ensure a unique name across the SYSPLEX, OMEGAMON creates a unique QNAME or RNAME for each monitoring
        instance of an IMS.

    

    System action
      The OMEGAMON for IMS Classic command
        did not initialize and is not available for processing IMS commands.
