KIPAUT13S MUTEX INITIALIZATION FAILED.


    Explanation
      This is a fatal error for the autodiscovery initialization code. During startup operations,
        the autodiscovery logic attempts to establish an independent thread to run in the Engine
        address space and fails to initialize the independent thread.

    

    System action
      Autodiscovery is disabled causing the product to be unable to detect or monitor any IMS systems.
