KIPAUT03S UNABLE TO CREATE LOGICAL RESOURCE


    Explanation
      The autodiscovery initialization code was attempting to create and reserve a resource in
        the Engine address space to prevent the shutdown of the address space until the
        autodiscovery code has had a chance to terminate. This error occurs when this resource could
        not be created.

    

    System action
      Autodiscovery is disabled causing the product to be unable to detect or monitor any IMS systems.
