Explanation
A request was made to collect real time data for OTMA. Part of that request has to lock the anchor for where the data is to be chained. This attempt to lock the chain failed most likely because another request for collecting OTMA data was still active.
System action
The request for obtaining the OTMA data will be terminated and no data will be returned to the Tivoli® Enterprise Portal for display. The agent continues to collect and display all non-OTMA data.
