Explanation
This message is issued when a previous JLF write received an error as indicated by message KI2AT820E. 

System action
 Journal logging is disabled and ATF terminates. 

User response
Determine the cause of the JLF write error. Then, either restart JLF and ATF or recycle the task to enable journal logging.
