KI2AT820E ERROR DURING JLF WRITE, RC=`xx`

Explanation
The Application Trace Facility (ATF) attempted to write a trace buffer to the Journal Logging Facility (JLF), but was unsuccessful. 

System action
 ATF discards the trace buffer, disables journal logging, and terminates. Trace data will not be available for the discarded buffer.
