Explanation
OMEGAMON® for IMS on z/OS® attempted to start but the IMSMON user exit KOIMON00 could not be found. 

System action
 ATF data collector is disabled. Previously collected trace results are still available for viewing.

Ensure that OMEGAMON for IMS on z/OS ATF IMS Monitor Exit KOIMON00 is defined in DFSDFxxx member of IMS PROCLIB with type IMSMON and the module KOIMON00 exists in one of the load libraries in the //STEPLIB concatenation of the IMS Control Region. Ensure that DFSDF=xxx is specified at IMS start-up and restart IMS, or issue a REFRESH USEREXIT TYPE(IMSMON) MEMBER(xxx) command, then restart ATF.
