Explanation
Allocation of EPVSAM DD statement's data store failed during reporter initialization. 

System action
Reporter continues to initialize using EDSLIST defined in data stores. 

User response
If EDSLIST entries are required, delete the EPVSAM statement in the reporter JCL. Otherwise, correct the EPVSAM statement and do not specify any EDS in the EDSLIST.
