ATF4954E DFSICLN0 VERIFICATION FAILED

Explanation
The IMS APAR  PM16867 was detected as installed, but the contents of DFSICLN0 in  the IMS nucleus was not correct.  

System action
ATF is not initialized. OMEGAMON® for IMS on z/OS® continues to execute without the ATF feature active.

Review the IMS APAR  PM16867 SMP/E output to verify the APAR has been properly installed.
