ATF4953E DFSICLN4 VERIFICATION FAILED

Explanation
The IMS APAR  PM16867 was detected as installed, but the contents of DFSICLN4 was  not correct.  

System action
ATF is not initialized. OMEGAMON® for IMS on z/OS® continues to execute without the ATF feature active.

Review the IMS APAR  PM16867 SMP/E output to verify the APAR has been properly installed.
