ATF1200E ATF HOOK ANCHOR LOAD FAILED - FATAL ERROR

Explanation
The initialization of ATF failed because the ATF Hook Anchor (KI2AHAx0) module
                could not be loaded. The value 'x' in the name
                    KI2AHAx0 signifies the IMS release for which the ATF Hook Anchor is being loaded. 

System action
ATF initialization is terminated. The OMEGAMON® for IMS on z/OS® classic address space continues to execute without ATF being active.  

User response
Verify that the modules KI2AHAx0 are contained in a load library in the
                STEPLIB concatenation of the OMEGAMON for IMS on z/OS classic
                address startup PROC and that the modules are able to be loaded from the library.
                Correct any load library errors and retry ATF initialization.
