ATF0090E UNABLE TO LOAD THE PROGRAM KI2ADR00

Explanation
The KI2ADR00 load module does not exist in the STEPLIB concatenation.  

System action
The ATF manager does not initialize.  

User response
The RKANMOD Runtime Environment data set should contain the KI2ADR00 load module. Either the RKANMOD data set is not in the STEPLIB concatenation or the RTE has not been fully loaded.
