VTAM Nodes attributes

Use the VTAM Nodes attributes to view status information on VTAM nodes.

Active in Input Whether this node is active in input.

Active in Output Whether this node is active in output.

CID IMS/VTAM communication ID (CID).

CTB CTB address associated with this node.

IMS ID The IMS Subsystem identifier.

Messages Enqueued The number of messages enqueued to this node.

Messages Dequeued The number of messages dequeued from this node.

MVS ID The MVS System Management Facility (SMF) identifier.

Originating System Identifier Identifier of the node representing the system where this data was collected.

Output Queue Length The number of messages queued to this node and not sent.

Sign on Whether this node is signed on.

Status Indicates the current status of this node. The string is 8 characters long, consisting of up to four 2-character status combinations from the following statuses:
  • CA Conversation active / CD CLSDST done
  • CH Conversation held / CO Physically connected
  • C1 Component 1 inoperable / C2 Component 2 inoperable
  • C3 Component 3 inoperable / C4 Component 4 inoperable
  • DE Deactivated / EX Exclusive mode
  • FO FORCE specified / ID Idle
  • IN Inoperable / LK Locked
  • LO Losterm exit driven / MT MFS test mode
  • OD OPNDST pending / QU Quiesced
  • RE Response mode / RI Response mode in-doubt
  • RS Resync mode / SI Signed on
  • SL SIMLOGON / ST Stopped
  • SH Shut down / TE Test mode
  • TR Tracing

Sysplex Identifier Identifier for the SYSPLEX this request originated from.

Terminal Category Whether this node's IMS control blocks were dynamically created.
