Transit Analysis Summary by Transaction Code attributes
Use the Transit Analysis Summary by Transaction Code attributes to view a summary of IMS Connect transaction performance by transaction code.
Collection Interval The user-specified number of seconds in the collection interval. Valid format is an integer.
Collection Level The collection level of the IMS Connect Extensions Publisher API, including Minimum, Accounting, Transit time reporting, Comprehensive performance analysis, and Maximum.
Identification Name Indicates the HWS ID of the IMS Connect system. Valid format consists of up to 8 alphanumeric characters.
Input Pre-OTMA Time Average elapsed input time from when the transaction input enters IMS Connect (Read Prepare) to when the transaction is sent to IMS (OTMA) for processing.
Input Read Exit Time The average elapsed time the input message spent being processed by the READ Message Exit.
Input Read Socket Time The average elapsed time taken for IMS Connect to read the incoming message, from when the transaction input message enters IMS Connect (Read Prepare) to when IMS Connect has completed reading the message (final Read Socket).
Input SAF Time The average elapsed time spent in all System Authorization Facility calls for the message.
Max Response Time Maximum elapsed time from when the transaction input message enters IMS Connect (Read Prepare) to when the transaction terminates (Trigger Event).
Message Count The number of transaction input messages processed in the interval. Valid format is an integer.
Messages Per Second The number of messages processed by IMS Connect per second. Valid format is an integer.
NAK Count Total number of messages that had a negative response (NAK) from either IMS OTMA or the client. Valid format is an integer.
Originating System Identifier Identifier of the node representing the system where this data was collected. Valid format is a text string of up to 32 alphanumeric characters, for example, I91A:SP22:IMS.
Output Confirm Time For Sync Level CONFIRM transactions only, the elapsed time from when OTMA completed processing the input message to when the positive acknowledge response (ACK) from the client is sent back to OTMA.
Output Post-OTMA Time For Sync Level NONE transactions, the elapsed time from when OTMA completed processing the input message to when the transaction terminates (Trigger Event) AND for Sync Level CONFIRM transactions, the elapsed time from when OTMA completed processing the positive acknowledge response (ACK) to when the transaction terminates. (Trigger Event).
Output XMIT Exit Time The average elapsed time the output message spent being processed by the XMIT Message Exit.
Process OTMA Time The average elapsed time OTMA spent processing the transaction, from when the message is sent to IMS (OTMA) to when the response is received back from OTMA.
Response Time Average elapsed time from when the transaction input message enters IMS Connect (Read Prepare) to when the transaction terminates (Trigger Event).
Sysplex Identifier Indicates the originating sysplex for this request. Valid format consists of up to 8 alphanumeric characters.
Time Outs The number of times IMS Connect timed-out while waiting for the message to be processed by OTMA. Valid format is an integer.
Timestamp The date and time when the monitoring agent retrieved the data.
Tran Code Transaction code associated with the message (when the input message is a command and not a transaction, a mnemonic prefixed by CMD_ will be reported in place of a transaction code). Valid format consists of up to 8 alphanumeric characters.
