Explanation
 The license FMID is not correctly installed.

User response
 If errors occurred during installation, correct
them and try to use the product again.
 If OMEGAMON AI for Db2 installed without errors, and you
                followed the recommended installation and customization procedures, and the problem
                persists, contact IBM® support.
