Distributed transaction involving a DBAT-distributed thread
This example shows distributed transactions that involve a DBAT-distributed
thread.

A distributed transaction originates at location A, part of the query is
passed to location B, which in turn passes some of the query to location C.
When trace data is available for all three locations, a report shows data
for the allied-distributed thread at location A, the distributed DBAT at location
B, and the DBAT at location C.
