                                    PE cannot display any DB2/IRLM
messages. OMEGAMON for Db2
                                    PE writes a SNAP
dump to the O2SNAP data set and terminates the command.

Verify that OMEGAMON for Db2
                                    PE is not being constrained
by installation parameters that restrict the use of storage above
the 16M line. If the problem persists, contact IBM® support.
