routine unexpectedly encountered a program check in a routine when
an exception exceeded its threshold value.
 

System action
 Processing continues, but OMEGAMON for Db2
                                    PE exceptions might not produce the expected
results.
 

User response
 Verify that OMEGAMON for Db2
                                    PE is not being constrained
by installation parameters that restrict the use of storage above
the 16M line. If the problem persists, contact IBM® support.
