System action
 The Agent Collect call is terminated

User response
 Issue the F O2CI,F COMMCOLL,STIMER=hhmmssth MODIFY
D2 Server command to change the default collect time interval. O2CI is
the D2 Server started task name and hhmmssth is
used to specify a new collect time interval. Example: F O2CI,F
COMMCOLL,STIMER=00050000 changes the collect time interval
to 50 seconds.
