                OMEGAMON Collector and the Db2 address spaces of the Db2 subsystem that is currently
                handling a call to the Db2 instrumentation facility interface issued by the PE Server subtask. 
                    <V1> is the Db2 subsystem ID.

                    <V2> is the list of address space IDs.

The address space identifiers are listed in the sequence OMEGAMON Collector, DB2 MSTR, DB2 IRLM,
DB2 DBM1, and DB2 DIST.
