Explanation
 A not valid channel number was passed to the TCP/IP
server. The request is rejected.  
<V1> is the Db2 subsystem
ID.

<V2> is the number of the TCP/IP session
manager.

<V3> is the invalid channel number.

 Restart the client. If the error recurs, trace
the problem using the TCP/IP trace and contact IBM® support.
