Explanation
 A duplicate request was received by the Data Server
TCP/IP host server. The request is rejected. 
<V1> is the Db2 subsystem
ID.

<V2> is the number of the TCP/IP session
manager.

 Restart the client. If the error recurs, trace
the problem using the TCP/IP trace and contact IBM® support.
