                                    Collector, the startup data set member
    RKD2PAR(OMPEMSTR) was found, but could not be read. 
     <V1> is the name of the master controller inside the OMEGAMON
                                    Collector (MSTR).

Check SYSPRINT of the OMEGAMON
                                    Collector started task and correct the
    error. Restart the OMEGAMON
                                    Collector.
