                                    Collector for details about the
    data set and the problem. Grant RACF® ALTER privileges to
    the started task user ID or group ID of the OMEGAMON
                                    Collector and restart
    the server. Note that, for a nonexistent data set, the privileges must be granted with
    wildcards.
