Explanation
 This message is issued when access to a Performance
Expert Db2 table is intended
without proper bind of the corresponding DBRM. 
<V1> is the Db2 subsystem
ID.

<V2> is the DBRM name.

User response
 Issue the corresponding BIND command or run the
corresponding bind job, then restart the Data Server.
