Explanation
The license FMID for OMEGAMON for Db2
                                    PE is not correctly installed. 


User response
If errors occurred during installation, correct
them and try to use OMEGAMON for Db2
                                    PE again.
If OMEGAMON for Db2
                                    PE installed without
errors, and you followed the recommended installation and customization
procedures, and the problem persists, contact IBM® support.
