FPEM500 Subsystem `<V1>` is invalid. CAF RC `<V2>`, REASON `<V3>`

Explanation
 An attempt was made to connect to a Db2 subsystem that does not exist.  
<V1> is the invalid subsystem name.

<V2> is the Call Attach Facility (CAF)
return code.

<V3> is the Db2 reason
code.
