FPEM0502E Db2 subsystem `<V1>` is not available. CAF RC `<V2>`, REASON `<V3>`

Explanation
 An attempt was made to connect to a Db2 subsystem that is valid, but is not currently
running.  
<V1> is the name of the Db2 subsystem.

<V2> is the Call Attach Facility (CAF)
return code.

<V3> is the CAF reason code.

User response
 Start the Db2 subsystem
or connect to a subsystem that is already active.
