Explanation
The LOCKING command with subcommand <V1> and subcommand option INCLUDE or
    EXCLUDE is used, however, for the OMEGAMON for Db2
                                    PE
    identifier TYPE (used with INCLUDE or EXCLUDE) an event type is specified that is not applicable
    with the <V1> subcommand.
     <V1> is the subcommand used with the LOCKING command.
