The rollout of a new release of Operational Decision Manager on Cloud can take a while to reach all the users of the service. If you are working with the previous release, you must continue to use it until your cloud tenants are upgraded to the new release. When it is finally time to upgrade your tenants, the work can take only a few hours to complete.

To access the documentation for the previous release during the rollout, you must download a PDF. It contains all the IBM® Documentation information for the previous release.

To download and use the PDF:
  1. Open this link in your web browser: IBM Operational Decision Manager on Cloud
  2. Download the PDF to your computer.
  3. Open the file in a PDF reader, for example, a browser that supports PDFs.

After you download the PDF, you can use it without an internet connection. However, the file does include links to online resources. To use the links, you must have access to the web.
