Viewing extended diagnostic information of execution units

You can view diagnostics information of identified execution units (XU).

About this task

You select all or a subset of identified execution units and run diagnostics, and view various information, such as:
  • Runtime engines and their versions
  • Asynchronous parsing setting
  • Notification status from the Rule Execution Server console to selected XUs
  • Incompatibility report is displayed when certain rulesets are not compatible with the selected XUs.

Procedure

  1. Click the Server Info tab.

    In the tab, the execution unit table provides the number of warnings and errors that are logged on each server.

  2. Open the Actions menu and click Inspect Execution Units.
    The Execution Unit Extended Diagnostics window is displayed.
  3. Select the XUs and the types of information that you want to view, and then click Run Diagnostics.

    The incompatibility report is available only when you selected Retrieve additional information for execution units.
