Setting up the change notification sample

You use the Samples Console to set up this sample.

About this task

Before you use the Samples Console to deploy this sample, check that the sample server is running (see Starting and stopping the sample server).

Procedure

To deploy this sample:

  1. Open the Samples Console (see Running samples from the Samples Console).
  2. In the Samples Commands tab, expand Samples Commands > Decision Center > Change notification.
  3. Double-click the deploy command to deploy the new WAR.

    The command compiles the application, repackages the WAR, and deploys it to the application server. The process can take a few minutes to complete. Wait until you see the message BUILD SUCCESSFUL in the Console before you continue.
