The Business console provides a number of settings for configuring the behavior and
display of Decision Center. You can also create
custom settings, and define build options. To edit the configuration settings, you must have one of
the following Decision Center roles:
rtsAdministrator, rtsInstaller, or
rtsConfigManager.
