If you track a record on the IBM® NS1 Connect® dashboard, you can use this
shortcut method to add a note to a record.
About this task
You can add a note and you can edit existing notes using the following procedure.
Tip: You can also use this procedure as a shortcut to access the zone that contains the
record that is being tracked.
Procedure

If you are not already on the dashboard, click IBM NS1 Connect on the upper left portion of the application.
- Scroll down the dashboard to the Resource watchlist
section.
- From the Options menu of the record that you want to add a note
to, select Add notes.
- In the Note box, type the information you want to save for this
record.
You can also edit any existing notes in the box.
- Click Save note.
The
Records page opens and shows the

icon beside the record that you added the note to. You can make changes to
the note from the
Records page, if needed.
