From the IBM® NS1 Connect® Account usage dashboard, you can export the usage and limits for your queries, filter chains, records, and real user monitoring (RUM).
About this task
You can export usage data for any billing cycle within the past 12 months. You have two options for exporting usage data:
- Export all your account usage data to two files in CSV format. The queriesByNetwork.csv file shows query data by all DNS networks. The summary.csv file shows the usage and limits for all resources that are included in your plan.
- Export account usage for specific resources, such as records only, to CSV, PNG, or JPG file formats
Procedure
-
Click the User Settings icon and select Usage.
-
From the Billing cycle drop-down list, select the period that contains the data that you want to export.
If you have a free edition plan, select a month from the Month drop-down list.
The Account usage dashboard opens displaying your usage and limits and query usage details for that billing period.
-
To export all your account usage, from the Set usage alerts drop-down list, select Export usage data.
The billing_data.zip file that includes the queriesByNetwork.csv and the summary.csv files is downloaded.
- Optional:
If you prefer to export usage data for specific resources, for example records, from the More options menu of the resource, select one of the following file formats:
- To export the data to CSV format, select Export to CSV.
- To export the data to PNG format, select Export to PNG
- To export the data to JPG format, select Export to JPG.
