Through the notifier list, you can add, edit, or delete the notifiers that contain the information about stakeholders and systems to send notifications to. You can also change the name of the notifier list.
Before you begin
Make sure that your user or team permissions are set to manage notifier lists.
Procedure

Click Alerts.

Click the Notifier lists tab.

Click the Edit icon of the notifier list that you want to edit.
To locate a notifier list, you can use the Search feature. You can also click the Open filters icon to narrow the list by notifier, by the date the notifier list was created, or by who created the notifier list.
- Optional:
To change the name, make the changes in the Name field.
- Optional:
To add a new stakeholder or system to the list, refer to Adding a notifier to a notifier list for details.
- Optional:
To edit the information about a system or stakeholder, refer to Editing a notifier for details.
- Optional:
To delete a stakeholder or system from the list, refer to Deleting a notifier for details.

Click Save changes.
