Alerts center
The Alerts center is a central location where you can automate and manage external notifications based on events related to your IBM® NS1 Connect® account or DNS configuration. This helps expedite remediation or mitigation, for example, if there is a misconfiguration or connectivity issue.
When creating an alert, you can attach a notifier list containing the recipients or channels, called notifiers, to receive the alert when triggered. A notifier can be an email address, data feed (for auto-updates to answer metadata), a Slack channel, PagerDuty API key, or a custom webhook.
Note: Currently, you can only configure alerts related to failed incoming zone transfers or failed
connections with a primary server. Existing monitoring and account usage-related alerts are not yet
managed within the alerts center.
