Upgrading and rolling back on a hybrid architecture

Learn how to upgrade or roll back your hybrid installation.

You can upgrade by using the Operator Lifecycle Manager (OLM) UI, or with the OLM UI and Container Application Software for Enterprises (CASE). You can also upgrade offline in an air-gapped environment.
Note: There is a need for read-write-many storage volumes. Before you upgrade Netcool® Operations Insight® on Red Hat® OpenShift®, ensure that your storage provider supports ReadWriteMany (RWX) volumes.
Note: Before you upgrade Netcool Operations Insight on Red Hat OpenShift, ensure that your storage provider is functioning properly. Storage issues might cause some pods to go into the ContainerStatusUnknown state.
