UI shows blank page after login
Users must have the appropriate roles assigned. Either directly, or indirectly through group membership.
Problem
Navigate to the IBM® Netcool® Operations Insight® on Red Hat® OpenShift® user interface login screen. Log in with valid credentials, but a blank page appears. Refreshing the page does not resolve the problem.
Cause
Although the user can be authenticated successfully, there are no roles associated with that user that specify which pages the user is authorized to see and to work with.
Resolution
As a user administrator, ensure that the user is either added to one or multiple user groups that
provide the appropriate indirect role assignment to the user. Alternatively, ensure that the user
gets the appropriate roles assigned directly. The available roles for the Netcool Operations Insight user
interface are noi_operator, noi_engineer, and
noi_lead.
